Essential Oils for the Beach – Part 2

There’s so much to do on the island, from hiking to surfing to snorkeling, and more.  The fresh island air is energizing and sometimes by the time evening arrives, I find that I’ve overdone it a bit.  I start feeling stiff and sore.  So, I make sure to take Deep Blue soothing blend with me.

The oils in this soothing blend are combined so that the properties of their chemical constituents work synergistically. Together they ease stiff joints and sore muscles you might experience after physical activities like hiking, body boarding, or horseback riding. The oils provide a deep, penetrating relief.

How to use:  For small areas like fingers, massage a drop or two directly into area of concern. For larger areas, add a few drops of oil to a small amount of carrier oil or lotion and massage into joints and muscles.
